U7 - swim 50m - bike 1.5km - run 200mU9 - swim 100m - bike 3km - run 400mU11 - swim 200m - bike 5km - run 800m12-14 - swim 300m - bike 5km - run 1.6km*Distances are approximate*Kids U5 will not have to swim and will only be in water up to their belly buttons. *Bike course is the crusher dust trail around Killarney lake (Approximately 1500m). *Run course is on grass and crushed gravel surfaces
