Parking: The East side of the Pavilion parking lot will be open. Vehicles may not leave this parking lot during the event. Timing Chip: SINGLE USE ONLY. Attach to your shoe. Discard after event. DO NOT RE-USERace Bib: Your race bib must be visible on your front. Use pins or a race belt to secure.Chip time: Starts when you cross the timing mat and stops when you cross the finish line.Aid Stations: Located at the start/finish and 2.2 km from the start. First Aid: Medical First Responder volunteers are provided by St John's Ambulance. First responders will be at the finish line and on bicycles on the course.Course: Will be open to vehicular traffic. Participants shall be respectful of other patrons in the park. You are responsible for knowing the course. Traffic marshals and lead/trail cyclists will help guide participants along the course. NOTE: course has changed for 2025Results: In-person results will be printed and available for viewing after the event. Results will be posted on the MRA website.Virtual Event DetailsComplete your virtual run at the time and location of your choice between March 31 and April 12.
