PLAY LEARN TO RUN 5K CLINICAlways wanted to run a 5KM but didn’t know where to start? Good news, we are here to help you start your journey! Our 8 Week Learn to Run 5KM Clinic is all about building confidence, building relationships, having fun, and moving our bodies.
