Push 4 Purpose is a one-mile elimination run designed to challenge your endurance, determination, and mental strength.Participants will complete a 1-mile loop within a set time. The challenge begins with a 15-minute mile, and after each round, the time limit decreases by 30 seconds. As the rounds continue, the pace gets faster and the challenge gets harder. If a runner cannot complete the mile within the allotted time, they are eliminated.The rounds continue until there are no breaks and only one runner remains.One mile. Every round.
