From 6 October both distances return to full price, and it stays there right through to race morning. The current price and the price it changes to are both shown in the registration section below.Registering takes about two minutes.Choose your distance5KMRunCome as a team, chase a personal best, or make it a family goal. Well suited to first-time 5K runners: the course is flat, fully supported, and there is no time limit.2KMRun or WalkThe shorter distance, and the most flexible. Run it if you want a quick, easy effort. Jog it at a conversational pace. Or stroll it with your family. There is no cut-off and no pressure. Every pace is welcome.I am not a runner. Which distance should I pick?The 2 KM. You can run, jog or walk it, and plenty of people do all three in the same two kilometres.Can my children take part?Absolutely.
