Get ready for a fantastic evening of fitness and fun at the Summer Sunset Series on Thursday, July 23, 2026, in beautiful Hamilton! This exciting event features a fast and flat 5K course along the scenic Hamilton Waterfront trail, perfect for runners of all levels looking to improve their times. Participants will receive an ankle chip for accurate timing, making it easy to track your progress.
The event also includes a 1K Kids Run, encouraging young runners to get active this summer, with medals awarded to all finishers. While this year's 5K won't include shirts or medals to keep costs low, participants will enjoy post-race refreshments and have a chance to win fabulous draw prizes courtesy of Mizuno. Registration and check-in opens at 5:30 PM, with the Kids Run starting at 6:30 PM and the 5K at 7:00 PM. Don’t miss out on this vibrant evening of community, competition, and camaraderie!

We're Back Hamilton!The Runner's Den is excited to announce that we have once again partnered with Mizuno to bring you back the Summer Sunset Series!A fun way to stay fit this summer with a fast and flat course along Hamiltons Waterfront trail! This will be a timed event to allow runners to get a chip time for their 5K run. In an effort to keep the cost of this event low, there will be no shirt or medal provided for the 5K runners.
