The Spanish Banks Beach parkrun course is 5000m (5K) long. The course is at Spanish Banks Beach, (meet at the east of the Spanish Banks East Concession), 4707 NW Marine Dr, Vancouver, BC V6R 1B7 and takes place every Saturday at 9:00am
