Les stages d'initiation à la course à pied Fradette Sport sont officiellement de retour après plusieurs années d'absence!Au menu, exercices en lien avec la technique de course à pied, légère formation sur la nutrition sportive pour finalement terminer le tout à la boutique Fradette Sport où l'un.e de leur conseiller.ère se fera un plaisir de vous donner une formation sur le bon choix de chaussures d'entraînement.Le tout, complètement gratuit et ouvert à tous!On vous attends donc les 12 et 26 avril 2025, 9h, devant la boutique Fradette Sport située au 2600 boulevard Laurier, Québec (Place de la Cité).L'activité se terminera à 10 h 30 et aura lieu beau temps mauvais temps (utilisation du stationnement souterrain si la météo est défavorable).Places limitées.
