13 Ghosts TRAIL RUN or WALK (4 hour time limit) at Addison Oaks County Park

Come run and walk with us in the beauty of northern Oakland County's Addison Oaks County Park. Choose a distance for all training levels from Half Marathon, 13K or 4 Miles.
Get more mileage out of your Halloween Costume...We will have a contest of best costumes at the start of race meeting - 8:45 am. The top three costumes will win a prize! So come dressed up to win.. It’ll be FUN!!!
COURSE:
Half Marathon is one big loop taking you through all parts of the park and all types of footing… Single track, Wide track, Dirt roads, Grassy fields and Gravel paths, approx. 980 ft in elevation gain.
13K is first 8 miles of Half Marathon, approx. 600 ft. elevation gain
4 Mile is first 4 miles of Half Marathon, approx. 300 ft. elevation gain
Ghosts markers will be at each mile along the course

AID STATIONS:
WHAT IS "CUPLESS RACING"? - This race will be an opt in "Cupless Racing" which means if you carry your own personal hydration system you can get refills at the aid stations. If you don't carry your own personal hydration system you can use the provided single use cups. If you would like to lessen the environmental impact of this event you can opt in to cupless racing by purchasing and using the reusable Hydrapak cup (or using a previously received cup) at this race as well as other events and your own training, hiking, concert going etc. Hydrapak cups can be purchased during the registration process for $4.00 each.
TIME LIMIT:4 hours 9 am – 1:00 pmRemember.. we have 13K and 4 mile if you can’t complete half marathon in 4 hours.
PACKET PICK UP:Race Morning 7:30 am – 8:50 am We may have an early packet pick up, keep an eye on the Facebook page and watch for pre race emails.
TIMING:Results will be available onsite with the QR code (RSU event page). After the event race results will be posted on ERCrace.com. Chip timing by Eastside Racing Company**PLEASE WEAR BIB IN FRONT and VISIBLE so we can time accurately

Lions Bear Lake Camp is owned and operated by Lions Visually Impaired Youth Camp, Inc. a 501C-3 Non Profit Corporation. The camp opened its doors in July, 2000. Over the years that have been able to service more than 10,000 campers and visitors. The camp is financially supported by the Lions, and Leos, as well as Foundation grants and individual donors throughout Michigan.
Lions Bear Lake Camp’s Mission is to develop leadership skills, build confidence, and to provide a premier outdoor educational and recreational experiences year-round to all persons, regardless of ability.
The camp offers many different summer camps including but not limited to: Blind and Visually Impaired Youth Camp, Deaf and Hard of Hearing Youth Camp, and Deaf and Hard of Hearing Family Camp
The camp has a focus on safety, welfare and well-being of all their campers with the philosophy and intentions that that every camper has fun. Every camper feels safe and supported to explore new activities and adventures, and every camper gains insight and confidence into oneself. That every camper become a more independent self-confident person, gain exposure to outdoor skills in an independent way, and make lifelong friends within a community that is supportive and nurturing.
