Organiser's Description
Come join the 15th Anniversary Crossroads Trail Run! Door County’s first and only trail run welcomes all runners and walkers to chose a 2k, 5k, or 10k distance at Crossroads at Big Creek Nature Preserve from June 17th, 2023 at 8:00am, with chip-timing to allow for a staggered start by route. Awards will be given as places occur.
Packet pick-up is Friday, June 14th from 5:00-7:00 pm at the Collins Learning Center. To reserve your t-shirt, registration must be made by May 28. A limited amount of 2024 shirts will be available on a first come, first serve basis at packet pickup for participants who register after May 28, 2023. Participants may also opt to choose from a selection of previous years race shirts.
All proceeds benefit Crossroads at Big Creek Learning Center and Nature Preserves.

Our Mission
The mission of Crossroads at Big Creek is to inspire environmental stewardship in learners of all ages and from all backgrounds through education, research, restoration and outdoor experiences.
2K (1.24 miles) - Run/WalkThe 1.24 mile walk/run is a scenic loop that takes walkers/runners southeast along the perimeter trail of the Crossroads property, through the coniferous woods and over the wooden bridge north of the Hanson House historical site. Walkers will follow the east side of Big Creek and meander west over the wooden foot bridge. Continuing north, walkers will go past the amphitheater and head west around Hauser swale system to the finish line. Trail includes single and double track, with grass, wood-chip, gravel, and dirt foundations. Each mile is marked.
5K (3.1 miles) - Run/WalkNew course for 2023!!
10K (6.2 miles) - Run ONLYNew course for 2023!!
No refund including weather cancellations. This means that once you register you will not receive a refund for any reason. You can transfer your entry to another person or another event with written permission of the race director.

Bikes DogsBikes and dogs are not allowed on the course during the race. As always, dogs are allowed on the property but must be on a leash at all times.
