2024 Peach Blossom 5K at Pearson Farm

Please join us at Pearson Farm on March 10, 2024 for the Peach Blossom 5K. Come out to the farm and enjoy the beauty of peach blossoms in the spring. The course will be a mixture of dirt roads and grass through the peach orchards at Pearson Farm. All proceeds from the race will be donated to AMANC (Asociaci'on Mexicana de Ayuda a Ni~nos con C'ancer) in Quintana Roo, Mexico. This will be the inaugural event in hopes of growing the race through the years. After the race, runners will receive an authentic Mexican boxed lunch prepared right on the farm. Non-runners may purchase a meal for $10 at the race. AMANC is an organization very dear to many of the Pearson Farm team that have their roots in Mexico. THE AMANC MISSION
AMANC was founded in 1982 in response to the hospital and healthcare deficiencies faced by the families of children diagnosed with cancer in Mexico. The organization works to provide comprehensive support for children of all ages who have received a cancer diagnosis. AMANC's goal is that no family faced with this disease would abandon their child's treatment due to lack of financial resources.

To be the number one institution in Quintana Roo, which guarantees comprehensive support for children, adolescents and young people with cancer, which strengthens support networks to improve their quality of life.

Many children with cancer in Mexico are in need of financial and emotional support for themselves and their family. AMANC strives to help these families battling the disease with whatever assistance is necessary. This 5K will raise funds to help in the AMANC mission.
