This vibrant celebration is designed to honor women and girls of all ages and abilities, featuring a spirited Women's Only 6K Run/Walk that kicks off at 8:05 AM, right after the USATF Championship Elite Division at 8:00 AM. Participants will enjoy a fast and exhilarating 6K course (3.73 miles) starting at Malone University and finishing at the lively Centennial Plaza in Downtown Canton.
The day promises to be filled with fun and empowerment, as we host a fantastic post-race festival that includes music, engaging activities led by our dynamic MC Fitz Koehler, and a variety of food and clothing vendors. Recognizing the achievements of our participants, the event will feature award ceremonies for top finishers, including cash prizes for the top 5 overall women in the Open Division. Plus, men are welcome to join the excitement through our Virtual Event! Whether you run in person or from your hometown, you can contribute to the community by supporting great organizations like Girls on the Run East Central Ohio, CommQuest, and Black Girls Run during registration. Join us this July for another year of celebrating women and girls of all ages and talents. We present a full morning festival combined with a Women's Only 6K Run / Walk. The course will be SUPER fast and this will be a very high profile event!
The Run/Walk
All women of ALL abilities are welcome to participate in our open community run which goes off at 8:05 AM, following the USATF Championship Elite Division at 8:00 AM. We will be running a 6K course (3.73 miles) that starts at Malone University and finishes at Centennial Plaza in Downtown Canton. Men are welcome to join us in our Virtual Event!
The Festival
Post-race activities include a FANTASTIC finishers festival that focuses on opportunities, sisterhood, and empowerment of women. The festival will keep you entertained including music, our fun MC Fitz Koehler, many food and clothing vendors, along with an amazing USATF Division Award Ceremony and Open Division Award Ceremony.
Top 10 overall women in the Open Division will be awarded and recognized. Top 5 overall women in the Open Division will receive prize money of $400-$300-$150-$100-$50. Top 3 in each age division will receive an award.
Run Virtually
An option for both MEN and WOMEN to run in their hometowns. We will mail you the SWAG early Race Week.
