The Virtual 5K allows you to complete your miles at your convenience between October 10th and 13th, with gear shipped to you if you register before September 5th. For those who prefer a communal experience, the in-person option invites you to join fellow runners at designated locations across the country for a spirited group run. October 10 is World Mental Health Day [https://www.who.int/mental_health/world-mental-health-day/en/] AND Still I Run's [https://www.facebook.com/StillIRun/] 8th birthday! To bring more awareness to mental health issues and celebrate our birthday, we host a 5K running event every year. Last year we offered the option of a virtual or in-person event thanks to some of our awesome Run Chapters. We're excited to be bringing both options back again this year!
YOUR TWO OPTIONS
VIRTUAL - By now you're probably familiar with the virtual option! Just choose the Virtual 5K Walk/Run [https://runsignup.com/Race/Register/?raceId=95772&eventId=628238] and we'll ship your gear to you. If you register before September 5, we'll get your gear to you before October 10. Then, any time between October 10-13th, you complete your miles in your area!
IN-PERSON - Back by popular demand, we're offering folks the opportunity to run their 5K distance with a group in select areas around the country! Because we want to focus more on being together and movement for mental health, these in-person gatherings will be a group run and _NOT _a race. Each group run will have a designated location, route, and start time. That information is available on the in-person events [https://runsignup.com/Race/2020WorldMentalHealthDayVirtualRace/Page-2] page.

* Thursday, September 5- Last day to have SWAG items mailed to you before race weekend. After this date, your items will be shipped out after the race.
* Thursday, September 5- The price of registration will increase by $10
* Thursday, October 10 - Registration closes
