Schedule:
11:30 am - 12:30 pm: Fencing Training at Bay Area Fencing Club (15445 Los Gatos Blvd.; Los Gatos, CA 95032);
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Laser-Run Training at Bay Area Fencing Club;
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Ninja Training at Black Urban Barn (148 E. Virginia St. #2; San Jose CA 95112).
The ninja warrior training will be coached by Earl Hooks, four-time competitor on the American Ninja Warrior television show. Participants will receive group coaching from Earl, focusing on strength, flexibility, and other exercises that are needed to master the standard Modern Pentathlon obstacles.
Swimming training will not be provided in the Summer Nationals training series.
