Join us for fencing training at the Bay Area Fencing Club from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, followed by laser-run training from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, both held at the same venue. In the afternoon, gear up for an exhilarating ninja warrior training session at Black Urban Barn, led by none other than Earl Hooks, a four-time competitor on American Ninja Warrior! This unique opportunity will focus on building strength, flexibility, and the essential skills needed to conquer Modern Pentathlon obstacles. Organiser's Description
11:00 am - 12:30 pm: Fencing Training at Bay Area Fencing Club (15445 Los Gatos Blvd.; Los Gatos, CA 95032);
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Laser-Run Training at Bay Area Fencing Club;
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Ninja Training at Black Urban Barn (148 E Virginia St #2, San Jose, CA 95112).
The ninja warrior trainings are coached by Earl Hooks, four-time competitor on the American Ninja Warrior television show. Participants will receive group coaching from Earl, focusing on strength, flexibility, and other exercises that are needed to master the standard Modern Pentathlon obstacles.
Swimming training will not be provided in the Summer training series.
