You can walk, run, bike, swim, strength train, or cross-train at your own pace, all while staying connected with a vibrant community through the Strava Group. With the ability to track your progress virtually and enjoy fun incentives throughout the year, this challenge is all about building healthy habits, staying motivated, and celebrating the journey together. Join us for a year-long VIRTUAL fitness journey designed to help you build healthy habits, stay motivated, and move consistentlyno matter your starting point. Our monthly virtual challenges focus on movement, strength, recovery, and overall wellness, with flexible goals that allow beginners, walkers, runners, and endurance athletes to participate together.

Anyone, anywhere, can join in on the fun!!!!!

Each month features a new challenge with multiple participation levels, so you can choose what fits your lifestyle and ability. Complete workouts on your own schedule, track your progress virtually, and stay connected with our community through encouragement, accountability, and fun incentives in our Strava Group.
