Start your 2026 with purpose, pride, and the power of community. The 47th annual LONE STAR STAMPEDE is a Houston tradition that unites runners, walkers, University of Texas alumni, and supporters for a day of fitness, fun, and giving back.
Hosted by the TEXAS EXES HOUSTON CHAPTER, this annual event features a 10K, 5K, AND KIDS 1K FUN RUN, welcoming participants of all ages and fitness levels.
More than just a race, the Lone Star Stampede is about making an impactPROCEEDS FUND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR HOUSTON AREA STUDENTS pursuing their dreams of higher education at The University of Texas at Austin. As a proud 501(C)(3) nonprofit, the Texas Exes Houston Chapter is committed to fostering the next generation of Longhorn leaders while strengthening the bonds of our Houston community.
