Get ready for an exciting day of fun and fitness at the 2026 Nolensville Kids Triathlon on Sunday, July 19, 2026! Set in the vibrant community of Nolensville, Williamson, this event is the perfect opportunity for young athletes to showcase their skills and enjoy a day filled with friendly competition. The triathlon features three age categories with varying distances: kids aged 5-7 will tackle a 50-yard swim, 2.5-mile bike ride, and 1K run; ages 8-11 will complete a 100-yard swim, 2.5-mile bike ride, and 1K run; and the 12-15 age group will take on a 150-yard swim, 4.8-mile bike ride, and 2.5K run.
Participants will receive a fantastic Nolensville Kids Triathlon medal, a race T-shirt (if registered by June 18), a swag bag, and refreshments post-race. With a whopping 66 awards up for grabs for the top three male and female finishers in each age group, every child has the chance to shine! Additionally, financial assistance is available to ensure every kid can join in on the fun. Don't miss
