Get ready for an exciting day of competition and fun at the 2026 Nolensville Kids Triathlon, taking place on Sunday, July 19, 2026, in the charming community of Nolensville, Williamson County! This vibrant event is designed for young athletes aged 5 to 15, offering three age-specific race categories that feature thrilling swim, bike, and run distances. Participants will tackle a 50-yard swim, 4k bike, and 1k run for ages 5-7; a 100-yard swim, 4k bike, and 1k run for ages 8-11; and a more challenging 150-yard swim, 7.5k bike, and 2.5k run for ages 12-15.
All finishers will be rewarded with a shiny Nolensville Kids Triathlon medal, a race T-shirt (for those who register by June 18), and a swag bag filled with goodies. With dedicated volunteers along the course and lifeguards on duty, participants can focus on giving their best performance while enjoying a supportive atmosphere. Don’t miss the chance to celebrate the top three male and female finishers in each age group with a total of 66

CATEGORIES/DISTANCES*
* Ages 5-7: 50 yard swim, 4k bike, 1k run
* Ages 8-11: 100 yard swim, 4k bike, 1k run
* Ages 12-15: 150 yard swim, 7.5k bike, 2.5k run
*USAT (USA Triathlon) rules require the age that is used is the age as of 12/31 of the race year. Ex. If you have an 11 year old that will be 12 before the end of the year, they are required to race in the 12-15 year age group/distances.
REGISTRATION INCLUDES
* An awesome Nolensville Kids Triathlon medal
* Race T-Shirt (if registered by 6/18)
* Swag Bag
* Refreshments after the race
SWIM: Athletes will be lined up by age and released every 5 to 10 seconds. Please ensure your athlete can swim the required distance unassisted. USAT rules prevent the use of flotation devices. However, lifeguards will be on duty to ensure safety.
BIKE & RUN: USAT rules prevent outside assistance. Please ensure your athlete is comfortable with these distances. We will have volunteers along the bike & run courses to help and encourage along the way.
AWARDS
Awards will be presented for the top 3 male and female finishers for each age! Yes, we're really giving away 66 awards!!

PACKET PICKUP - Packet pickup will be at the Williamson County Recreation Complex at Nolensville [https://www.wcparksandrec.com/facilities_and_parks/recreation_centers/nolensville_recreation_center/index.php] on July 18 from 3:00pm - 5:00pm and race morning. To make the race day go smoother, please consider picking up your packet on the 18th.
