If you cannot attend the bike ride, your registration fee will be considered a donation to the United Way of Parker County and the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce.
REGISTRATION FEES:
Early registration fee (registered online before June 13): $50
* Registration fee (June 13 - July 3): $50
* Registration fee (July 4 - 10): $60
* Ride Day: Saturday, July 11, 2026: $70
REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
* An excellent opportunity to support local non-profits and the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce through your registration fee!
* Your choice of routes: 61 miles, 38 miles, 28 miles, and 8 miles
* A stylish T-shirt for each rider (_t-shirt not guaranteed after June 13 registration_)

THE START
The ride will commence in the parking lot of Weatherford High School, located at 2121 Bethel Rd, Weatherford, TX 76087
* 61-mile ride starts at 7:30 AM
* 38-mile ride starts at 7:45 AM
* 28-mile ride starts at 8:00 AM
* 8-mile ride starts at 8:00 AM
THE FINISH
All rides will conclude back at the parking lot where they began.
SAFETY
Please prioritize your safety!
* Helmets must be worn at all times along the ride and must be properly fitted
* Ensure your tires are inflated, brakes and lights are functioning, and your bike is in good working condition
* You must follow all traffic laws. Stop at red lights and stop signs, yield when required, obey railroad crossing gates, etc.
* Communicate clearly with drivers and pedestrians, give signals and warnings when needed, Be respectful of other riders and volunteers
* Be sure to have identification with emergency contact name and phone number
