Whether youre just getting comfortable swimming laps or you could practically cross the English Channel, you belong in this event. Theres no first place. No last place. No pressure to keep up with anyone else. Just one question:

THE CHALLENGE
Pick a goal. Pick your interval. Then start swimming!
The New Years Challenge is built around repeating 100-yard swims on a set interval. Your interval gives you enough time to complete each 100, catch your breath and get ready to go again. Maybe your goal is 3 x 100s. Maybe its 25 x 100s. Maybe youre coming for the ultimate challenge: 100 x 100s 10,000 YARDS!
The number doesnt define your success. Reaching YOUR goal does.
