This exciting event celebrates its 20th anniversary with a spectacular lineup of races starting at 7:30 AM, rain or shine. Participants can choose from a challenging triathlon featuring a 475-meter swim, 13-mile bike ride, and a 5K run, or opt for the duathlon with a 2-mile run, 13-mile bike ride, and 5K run. For those looking for a shorter challenge, the Splash & Dash includes a 100-meter swim followed by a 1-mile run, while the 5K Run offers a great opportunity for runners of all levels.
