Join us for the 33rd Annual AIDS 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, June 8, 2025, in the beautiful community of Liverpool, Onondaga! This exciting event not only promotes fitness and fun but serves an important purpose in raising awareness and funds to support vital services for those affected by HIV/AIDS. With a distance of 5 kilometers, participants of all ages and abilities are encouraged to lace up their running shoes or walking shoes to make a difference in the fight against stigma, inequality, and health disparities.
For over 40 years, ACR Health has been at the forefront of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, providing crucial support and resources to those in need. By participating in this uplifting event, you'll be contributing directly to life-affirming services that have supported over 13,000 individuals in our community. Register by April 30 to take advantage of the $35 entry fee, and don’t miss out on a guaranteed shirt or hat by signing up by May 15. FOR THE PAST 40+ YEARS, ACR HEALTH HAS BEEN ON THE FRONT LINE OF THE HIV/AIDS EPIDEMIC. SINCE OUR INCEPTION, WE HAVE EXPANDED OUR SERVICES AND ARE DEDICATED TO DISMANTLING BARRIERS TO HEALTH AND EQUITY. IN 2024, WE SERVICED OVER 13,000 PEOPLE WHICH INCLUDE YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES, HEALTH INSURANCE NAVIGATION SERVICES, HARM REDUCTION SERVICES, TESTING AND PREVENTION, CARE MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT SERVICES.
WHEN SOMEONE IN OUR COMMUNITY NEEDS HELP, WE DO WHATEVER WE CAN TO ENSURE THAT THEY RECEIVE THE SERVICES THEY NEED WITHOUT JUDGEMENT. WE ARE DEDICATED TO CONTINUING THE FIGHT AGAINST HIV/AIDS, OVERDOSE, POVERTY, AND LGBTQ INEQUALITY. LETS UNITE TO END THIS STIGMA. WE NEED YOUR HELP TO SUPPORT THESE LIFE-AFFIRMING SERVICES. JOIN US!
PLEASE JOIN OUR FUNDRAISING EFFORTS FOR ACR HEALTHS ANNUAL AIDS WALK/RUN. WHILE THIS IS ONE OF OUR BIGGEST FUNDRAISING EVENTS, IT ALSO BRINGS THE COMMUNITY TOGETHER TO RAISE AWARENESS AND TO ACT IN THE FIGHT AGAINST HIV/AIDS. ALL PROCEEDS FROM THIS EVENT WILL BENEFIT ACR HEALTH AND STAY IN OUR LOCAL SERVICE AREA.
