The Reindeer Run is a festive community race for everyone from families and casual walkers to competitive runners. This holiday celebration brings people together for a morning of fun, connection, and purpose, with room for every age and ability to take part. Whether you're chasing a strong finish in the 10K or enjoying a relaxed 4.01K with family and friends, come celebrate the season with us!
Wear your best Christmas gear, compete for fun prizes, enjoy great food, and soak up the energy of a vibrant race-day atmosphere. After the race, stick around to connect with the community, tour Crisis Response International's deployment gear, and learn how CRI's teams respond to crises around the world.

Crisis Response International is a nonprofit based in York County, South Carolina. Our mission is to train and mobilize to meet the urgent physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of people in the midst of crisis.
RACE OPTIONS
The Reindeer Run is designed for all ages and fitness levels, creating a fun, welcoming environment for runners, walkers, families, and groups.
1. 4.01K (2.5 MI) Our flagship costume run, open to runners and walkers of every pace.
2. 10K about 5 and 1/2 laps of the course.
3. REINDEER RELAY A 4-person team event, one 1.1-mile loop per leg.
DOING BOTH THE 4.01K AND THE 10K? Pick the 4.01K + 10K Combo and pay one price for both, no need to register twice.
COSTUME CONTEST
Come dressed in your best Christmas gear Santa hats, elf costumes, reindeer antlers, and more! Our KIDS COSTUME CONTEST runs from 1030 AM near the start/finish area, with prizes for the best costumes. Families, individuals, and groups are all welcome.
KIDS REGISTRATION
Children 5 and under run free and don't need to register. Registration for ages 13 and under is $10 though this fee does not include a t-shirt, runner's bag, or race bib. If you'd like your child to receive those items, register them at the standard 13+ rate instead.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE CRITERIUM COURSE.

Our flagship event and the heart of race day. This 2.5-mile costume run/walk is built for everyone families, kids, casual walkers, and anyone who wants to celebrate the season on foot. Dress in your best Christmas gear and enjoy a relaxed, festive pace around the Rock Hill Criterium course, with plenty of holiday cheer (and a few costume rivals) along the way. Whether you're walking with the stroller crew or jogging it out with friends, this one's all about connection, not the clock. -
10K Reindeer Run

Ready to put in the work? Our competitive 10K takes runners around six full laps of the certified Rock Hill Criterium course about 6.6 miles, or 10.62K, slightly longer than a standard 10K since we wanted the course to stay clean and lap-based rather than cut short with an awkward partial loop. It's a great early-morning challenge before the rest of the day's festivities kick off, with plenty of energy on the course and a strong finish waiting at the line. -
Reindeer Relay (4 Person Team)

Grab three friends, coworkers, or family members and take on the course together as a team of four. Each runner covers one 1.1-mile loop of the Rock Hill Criterium course before handing off to the next just like Santa's team, everyone plays their part to get the sleigh home. It's a fun, low-pressure way to experience race day as a group, whether you're chasing a competitive time or just looking for an excuse to wear matching antlers. Teams of four are required to register together; solo sign-ups can be paired with an available team at check-in. -
