Join 4RUN3 as we go off road! There is SO much beauty right here in our own little corner of the world here in Western Massachusetts. Come join us and friends as we take it all in this spring! We'll explore area trails, enjoy what nature has to offer, cross train - and all in the company with fellow trail lovers!

Hiking/trail running is not only a great cross training activity, but also improves balance and stability; strengthens legs, core, and "stabilizers"; and improves form! It gives the mind and body a nice break from the monotony of road running and is good for the soul! All levels of hikers and trail runners welcome.

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

* 13 Monday evening trail meet ups at area trails (exact locations TBD, but locations can be expected to include West Springfield, Holyoke, Wilbraham, Hampden, Somers, and Enfield).
* Facebook group with weekly trail meetup details, helpful tips, and more!
* Weekly trail and trail running insight at each meetup.

PROGRAM DETAILS/OPTIONS:

* Series begins on Monday, 4/01/24 (and meets every Monday thereafter, ending on Monday, 6/24/24)
* Monday hikes/trail runs will be about 2-4 miles in length on easy-moderate trails
* Monday sessions begin at 5:30 pm - we will meet in the parking area of each trail location (locations announced in Facebook group)
* "Graduation" tailgate party at 4RUN3
