After the race, enjoy a refreshing Bloody Mary or Screwdriver (for participants 21+) as you celebrate with fellow community members. The Dodge County Salvation Army will provide water, coffee, and hot chocolate, along with delicious post-race snacks. Plus, get into the holiday spirit by dressing up in your favorite costumes—there's even a Costume Contest with a special prize for the winner! As an added bonus, all race registration proceeds and donations will benefit the local Food Shelf and Dodge County Salvation Army, supporting those in need in our community. Organiser's Description
Family friendly run/walk on Thanksgiving morning hosted by The Main Alternative in Kasson, MN. Burn some calories before you go eat a big meal. Bloody Mary's and Screwdrivers available for participants 21+ after the run/walk to help get you ready for family time! Water, coffee and hot chocolate will be provided by the Dodge County Salvation Army. Post race snacks will also be available to participants.
The 5k and 2.5k both use the 5k link. You pick your distance!
All race registration proceeds, and any extra donations will be split and donated directly to the Food Shelf in Kasson to help feed individuals and families in Dodge County and to the Dodge County Salvation Army! Neighbors helping neighbors! Come out and support your community and meet some new friends along the way!
Costumes are DEFINITELY ENCOURAGED! After the race while we're enjoying beverages, we will have a Costume Contest (the winner gets a special prize) as well as some drawings for fun prizes!
Race t-shirts will be given to participants who register by November 11, 2025, at NOON! Shirt sizes range from Youth Medium to Adult XXXL. If you are not registered by November 11, 2025, at NOON you will NOT be guaranteed a t-shirt. Be sure to sign up ASAP!
