JOIN STRONG AS OAK, GO BREWING, AND CROSSFIT THUNDERBOLT AS WE HOST 4X4X48 CHALLENGE TO RAISE MONEY FOR OSCAR MIKE FOUNDATION. FIRST RUN IS FRIDAY MARCH 22ND AT AT 6PM AND GOES UNTIL SUNDAY MARCH 24TH AT 2PM. 12 RUNS, ONE EVERY FOUR HOURS FOR FOUR MILES. TOTAL RUN DISTANCE IS 48 MILES!
WE ASK THAT YOU REGISTER HERE SO WE HAVE EVERYONES CONTACT INFORMATION FOR ORGANIZING KICK OFF PARTY, GROUP RUNS, AND THE FINAL RUN AT 2PM ON SUNDAY MARCH 24TH FROM GO BREWING IN NAPERVILLE ILLINOIS. (IF NOT LOCAL, THAT IS OKAY. ALL RUNS CAN BE DONE VIRTUALLY.)
REGISTRATION FEES WILL BE USED TO SIGN UP ANYONE THAT CAN'T COMMIT TO THE $10 FEE. ALL PROCEEDS LEFT WILL BE DONATED TO OSCAR MIKE FOUNDATION. CLOSEDTeams can have up 2 adults & any amount of children on it. Every 4 hours at least 1 member of the team must do the prescribed challenge. Adults : 4 miles Child(under 16) : 1 mile or 100 jumping jack & 50 air squats & 50 Situps & 25 Push ups
