Organiser's Description
This is a 5k Run/Walk hosted by the Twin Pike Family YMCA! It will be a great opportunity to participate in a unique water themed 5k with some family or friends on a hot summer day! It will be held at Jellystone Park in Pittsfield, IL and will include the option to run the race with Jellystone's water obstacle course! The water obstacle course will be placed at the end of the route so participants can take their shoes off, put on a life jacket, and finish the race without having to put shoes back on. There may also be surprise water soakings throughout the race! Registration will open at 8am (CST) and the race will begin at 9am (CST).
Route and elevation
Two lap 5k course that is on a flat asphalt/gravel trail with a small hill part way through. Optional inflatable obstacle course on the lake at the end.
