Join us for the 17th Annual 5K Run & Walk for OPC Meals on Wheels on Saturday, June 7, 2025, in beautiful Rochester, Oakland! This family-friendly event invites participants of all ages to either run or walk along the scenic Clinton River Trail, all while supporting a fantastic cause. The race kicks off at 8:00 AM from the Older Persons' Commission (OPC) and promises a vibrant atmosphere filled with community spirit.
Every participant will receive a stylish event T-shirt (register by May 17, 2024, to guarantee your shirt!), a race bib, and delicious post-race snacks to refuel after your efforts. Don't miss the early packet pick-up at the OPC on May 30 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM and May 31 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Race day registration and packet pick-up will be available from 7:00 AM to 7:50 AM. Lace up your shoes and join us for a day of fun, fitness, and philanthropy! Your participation helps support the vital Meals on Wheels program, ensuring that those in need receive nutritious meals. We can’t wait to see you there!

17th annual OPC 5K family fun run/walk to benefit Meals on Wheels. The race begins and ends at the Older Persons' Commission (OPC) and travels along the picturesque Clinton River Trail and back. All participants will receive an event T-shirt (must register by 5/17/2024), race bib and post race snacks.
