Join us for the inaugural 5K Walk to SOAR on Saturday, May 30, 2026, in beautiful Winston-Salem, Forsyth! This uplifting event is designed to bring our community together in support of the EAGLES of Grace, a faith-based mentoring program dedicated to empowering youth and young adults through holistic education and social-emotional learning.
Participants can enjoy a scenic two-loop course at Quarry Park, making it a perfect opportunity for both walkers and runners to contribute to a great cause. The 5K will not only promote health and wellness but also serve as a vital fundraising campaign to support mentoring initiatives and educational programs for local youth. Packet pickup will be available the day before the race at Brown and Douglas Rec Center and on race day at Quarry Park. Come out, have fun, and help us pray for the success and well-being of our youth while making a positive impact in Winston-Salem and surrounding areas!

Organiser's Description
EAGLES of Grace is a faith based mentoring program utilizing a holistic and social emotional learning approach to educate, empower and equip youth and young adults to be successful. Our inaugural 5K scheduled May 31st is a great way for us to come together as a community and pray for the success and well being of our youth in Winston Salem and surrounding counties. The 5K will also serve as an annual fundraising campaign to fund supporting initiatives for EAGLES of Grace Inc. youth mentoring and educational programs.
The race will be held at Quarry Park and will be a two loop course. _THIS RACE IS OPEN FOR PEOPLE TO WALK AND RUN._
