Kick off your summer on June 2 with easy miles and a supportive community as you train on the scenic Oklahoma Christian University Eagle Trail. Throughout June, participants can look forward to a mix of tempo workouts and longer runs at Lake Hefner, with Saturday sessions designed for building endurance. Plus, don't miss the chance to demo top shoe brands like Nike, Mizuno, and On during select sessions in June and July, where young athletes can try out the latest gear and learn from the experts. Join us for a summer filled with camaraderie, personal growth, and a passion for running!

Organiser's Description
First week we will be meeting Monday June 2nd for some easy miles.
June 4th depending on where you are fitness wise. The plan is to either get in a good tempo workout or easy miles.
Oklahoma Christian University Eagle Trail will be the location for the weekday group runs.
Lake Hefner(parking lot of Louie) for Saturday long runs.
For June, we will meet at 7 AM for runs.
A few shoe brand will be with us on the dates of June 11, 18, 25, & July 2. Nike, Mizuno, and On have confirmed they will be here for kids to demo shoes and talk about the brand.
