Join us for the 5th Annual Town of North Canaan Mother's Day 5K on Saturday, May 3, 2025! This exciting event takes place in the beautiful Northwest Hills of Connecticut, starting at the downtown elementary school. Runners will enjoy a fairly flat out-and-back course that takes them north on West Main to the state line before returning to the school.
This USATF sanctioned race features chip timing and mile markers to keep you informed of your progress, along with water stations to keep you hydrated. The 5K course is officially certified (CT21001JHP), ensuring a fair and accurate experience for all participants. Awards will be presented based on gun finish times, with results posted online after the race. Come and celebrate with us in a vibrant community event that promotes unity and economic growth while enjoying a fantastic day of running!

Organiser's Description
Fairly flat out-and-back starting downtown at the elementary school, run north on West Main to the state line, turn around and finish back at the school. Mile marks, water at the finish, chip timing. Awards will be based on Gun finish time. 5K. USATF sanctioned race. USATF certified 5K course (CT21001JHP), The North Canaan Events Committee is happy to partner with Greystone to welcome runners to the Northwest Corner. Our mission: To promote economic growth, success, and unity within our community through communication, events, and celebration. Awards will be made available around noon at the registration area.
