Join us for the 62nd Annual Ocean Beach/John & Jessie Kelley Half Marathon on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025, in the picturesque Southeastern Connecticut. This celebrated event, known as Connecticut's oldest shoreline road race, offers participants a stunning course that winds through the scenic landscapes of New London and Waterford, featuring breathtaking views of Long Island Sound. Runners will tackle a half marathon distance while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of Ocean Beach Park, where the race begins and ends.

Not only is this event a fantastic opportunity to challenge yourself, but it's also a chance to give back to the community. Participation is free, with a request for food donations benefitting the Gemma E. Moran United Way Labor Food Center. Runners can look forward to Mylaps Chip Timing, awards for all standard age divisions, and plenty of post-race festivities, including delicious clam chowder, ice-cold Coca Cola products, live music, and a huge raffle.
