The ride seeks to commemorate the sacrifices made by 343 firefighters, 60 law enforcement officers, 8 emergency medical technicians, and 2,566 civilians. Hosted by The New Orleans Memorial Stair Climb, VS Tour de Friends RIDE HARD LIVE EASY and Baton Rouge Bike Club. Our mission is to honor first responders and victims of 9/11 by keeping their memory alive through cycling 78 miles, the furthest floor firefighters were able to get to.

We are accepting donations to the Association of Memorial Stair Climbs. It is an honor that we host this bicycle ride and are able to work with them. Check out the donation link when you register. 100% goes to the Association of Memorial Stair Climbs.
The ride will pay tribute to the 343 firefighters, 60 law enforcement officers, and 8 emergency medical technicians who made the ultimate sacrifice on 9/11/01, and 2,566 civilians who also lost their lives.
