the Crusaders for Colon Cancer, Inc. I encourage you, your friends and co-workers to make a donation to
our organization for this signature fundraising event in Houston which will be held on March 2, 2024 at
Sylvester Turner Park, 2800 West Little York, Houston, Texas 77091 at 6:00a.m. Special guests, Mayor Sylvester Turner and Dr. Waqar Qureshi and many more!
By participating in the walk, your donations will assist people who are unable to receive standard of care treatment due to their inability to pay. It is disheartening to know that people has to choose perhaps between eating, parking, paying household expenses or to use those funds for treatment-related costs! People just like me actually had to choose between life-saving therapy or death!
Colon cancer is the number two (2) cancer killer of men and women in the United States. Navy blue is the color that represents colorectal cancer. We encourage you, survivors, family members and friends to wear blue during the month of March, the nationally recognized as colon cancer awareness month.
