CELEBRATING THE AMAZING MEGAN
The purpose of the ride and walk is to bring together bike enthusiasts and families for a fun morning of bike riding and walking to celebrate and remember Megan S. Megan was a young woman who endured many physical challenges with grace throughout her short life. Megan passed away at age 23 in July 2017 as a result of complications from cerebral palsy, which she contracted when she was only two weeks old. Despite the fact that Megan wasn't able to talk, endured many surgeries, and was confined to a wheelchair, she lived life with a spirit of adventure enjoying pastimes such as riding an adaptive bicycle, horseback riding, canoeing, and zip-lining.
