As you enjoy the race, you'll receive a commemorative super soft race T-shirt and the chance to capture your memories with free race photos. Awards will be presented to the top three male and female finishers overall, as well as in 5-year age divisions. The atmosphere will be filled with food, fun, fellowship, and great music, all while supporting "A Running Start," a nonprofit recovery running program in partnership with The Hope Center. Proceeds from this event will provide essential support for individuals in recovery, including running shoes and hydration supplies. Through a Beginner's 5K style program, participants train alongside volunteers while learning discipline, confidence, and healthy coping skills. Proceeds from this 5K will directly support the program by providing running shoes, race registrations, hydration supplies, and encouragement from volunteer runners who help participants cross both finish lines and life milestones.

We need 6-8 enthusiastic volunteers to help make our race great. The volunteer shift is from 5:00-8:00pm on race evening. Volunteers earn a custom race shirt for helping.
