Join Abbys Organic Community Farm for their first annual Abbys Holiday Run on Saturday, December 7th, 2024 in Lutz, Hillsborough. This exciting event includes a 5K race sponsored by Abbys Health and Nutrition, benefiting Abbys Organic Community Farm and The TrudyK Foundation. The race starts at 9:00am, with a Kids Dash at 10:00am. All participants will receive a medal, and top finishers in each age group will receive awards. ABBYS ORGANIC COMMUNITY FARM proudly presents our first annual Abbys Holiday Run! Our 5K race title sponsor is Abbys Health and Nutrition in Carrollwood with the race benefiting Abbys Organic Community Farm and The TrudyK Foundation, both qualified 501(c)3, nonprofit organizations.
ABOUT ABBY'S COMMUNITY FARM: The farm is the living legacy of Abby Sayler, founder of Abbys Health and Nutrition, where she dedicated her life to health consulting and providing healthy, natural solutions in contrast to pharmaceutical options. The farm currently serves 100 volunteer families learning how to grow their own food and over 1000 students annually for field trips, nature labs and honeybee experiences.
The TRUDYKFOUNDATION was berthed this year in order to help individuals going through cancer by providing them the possibility to incorporate natural supplements and or treatments that they otherwise could not afford on their own.
5K START TIME: 9:00am
KIDS DASH(S): 10:00am
Free if accompanied by a registered 5K runner
AWARDS:
Medals for all finishers in the 5K.
Top three in standard 5 year age groups.
T-SHIRTS:
All runners who register before December 1.
POST PARTY CELEBRATION:
DJ, food, games for the kids and so much more!
