The triathlon kicks off at the River Country Water Park, where participants will swim a short 25-yard stretch in the lazy river, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Athletes will then hop on their bikes for a 1-mile ride along the scenic Hatbox Centennial Trail before finishing with a 0.75-mile run on the streets adjacent to the sports complex. With a registration fee of just $25 until August 30th, participants are guaranteed a cool event t-shirt and a medal upon completion! Race day registration will also be available for $30. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to encourage fitness and camaraderie among young athletes!

PLEASE JOIN US ON SEPTEMBER 7TH FOR THE ACTIVE OKIE YOUTH TRIATHLON! THIS EVENT IS FUN CHALLENGE FOR YOUNG ATHLETES AGES 6 TO 14. THIS IS A GREAT EVENT FOR PARTICIPANTS OF ALL ABILITIES IS AN INTRODUCTION TO TRIATHLONS IN A SAFE AND ENCOURAGING ENVIRONMENT. THE EVENT STARTS AND FINISHES AT THE RIVER COUNTRY WATER PARK AND THE SWIM IS A SHORT STRETCH OF THE LAZY RIVER, WITH NO CURRENT. PLEASE GET SIGNED UP BY AUGUST 30TH TO GET AN EVENT T-SHIRT.
