We combat social isolation and empower youth living in the South. Over 75% of our clientsadult youth aged 18 to 24have faced homelessness or unstable housing. But we believe in resilience, hope, and the power of community.
COMMUNITY-FOCUSED PROGRAMS:
LGBT+ and HIV-Positive/High-Risk Youth: Our innovative services target these communities, providing essential support and resources.
Disenfranchised Youth: Weve developed community-based programs for those who often fall through the cracks, unable to access vital services'

Meet Sammithe heart and soul of Momentum Health. His unwavering faith and infectious disease research background fueled his determination to create unique programming targeting homelessness, hunger, and H.I.V.
