The Adams Morgan Day 5K is more than a raceit's a movement to bridge the gap in mental health wellness in Ward 7 and Ward 9 of Washington, D.C. Together, we run to raise awareness, promote equitable access to resources, and inspire a community united in support of mental health for all.
We encourage everyone to train in advance for the Adams Morgan Day 5K, as part of the route includes a challenging hill. Join a "Run Group" or start training at least three months ahead to prepare. Rest assured, lifesaving EMS will be on-site to ensure safety, in compliance with guidelines from the District of Columbia Government.
