Organiser's Description
Adult swim training Monday and Wednesday nights at Mount Vernon from 7:30-8:30 PM starting February 9th. This will be fairly rigorous training at times with a goal to make competitive swimmers and triathletes more efficient, stronger and faster. There will be a good mix of training and instruction.
