Join us for the Aevidum Strides Against Stigma 5K on Saturday, May 18, 2024, in beautiful Easton, Northampton, at Louise Moore Park! This inspiring event aims to unite supporters in the fight against depression and suicide, while promoting kindness and positivity during Mental Health Awareness Month. Participants can choose from a variety of ways to get involved: join the in-person walk, host a satellite event at your own location, or participate virtually at your convenience throughout May.
Registration for the in-person event has a $30 fundraising minimum, which includes an exclusive Aevidum swag bag filled with a t-shirt and giveaways that promote mental health awareness. This is a fantastic opportunity to not only get active but also support a vital cause that impacts so many lives. Let’s come together to shatter the silence surrounding mental health and make strides towards a brighter future!

This May, Aevidum is excited to hold its Strides Against Stigma 5Ks to unite our supporters to shatter the silence of depression and suicide while spreading kindness and positivity during Mental Health Awareness Month in May. We know physical activity is an impactful protective factor for mental health issues so we challenge you to get active this spring and support a great cause.
There are three different ways to participate in the Strides Against Stigma 5K:
* Attend our in-person Strides Against Stigma Walk on Saturday, May 18th at Louise Moore Park in Easton, PA
* No registration fee required, but a $30 fundraising minimum to unlock your Aevidum swag bag.
* Host a satellite Strides Against Stigma Walk at your own location anytime during the month of May
* Satellite locations determine their own registration requirements for participation, but create their own team fundraising pages.
* Participate in Strides Against Stigma virtually anytime during the month of May. You pick the time, date, location, and type of activity.
* Register by 4/11 for $30 and we will mail you an Aevidum swag kit with a t-shirt and giveaways to help promote mental health awareness.

CLOSEDThis in-person event will begin at 10:00am at Louise Moore Park in Easton, PA. Participants will run or walk a 5K course, or they can choose a shorter path at the park. Registration is free, but in order to receive an Aevidum swag bag (drawstring bag, t-shirt, and stickers), participants must donate or fundraise a minimum of $35.00. During registration, participants will be prompted to create their own fundraising pages. -
Virtual Strides Against Stigma 5K

CLOSEDYou pick the date, time, location, and physical activity for your 5K anytime during May 2024. Every step you take, stroke you swim, or mile you pedal will help support Aevidums crucial mental health and suicide prevention programming in our over 300 schools. For $30, we will mail you an Aevidum swag kit with a t-shirt and stickers to raise mental health awareness. Registration with a swag kit closes Thursday, April 11th at 11:59pm. Individuals who want to participate without a swag kit can register until Sunday, April 30th. All swag kits will ship to participants the last week of April. -
Penn Manor In-Person Strides Against Stigma 5K

Registration is free, but in order to receive an Aevidum swag bag (drawstring bag, t-shirt, and stickers), participants must donate or fundraise a minimum of $35.00 by 4/11. During registration, participants will be prompted to create their own fundraising pages. -
