Leading up to race day, the festivities begin on Friday, May 30th, with valuable VA S.A.V.E. Training sessions designed to equip attendees with the skills to support veterans in crisis. Enjoy a pre-race registration check-in and a delicious pasta dinner to fuel your energy before the big day. With music, food trucks, and a supportive community atmosphere, the Allen County Scottsville Veterans 5K is not just a raceβit's a celebration of resilience and camaraderie. Whether youre running, walking, rolling, or cheering from the sidelines, youre part of something meaningful. Well have music, good vibes, and some tasty food trucks to enjoy after the race. VA S.A.V.E. Training is a free workshop that helps you recognize when a veteran may be in crisis. The acronym S.A.V.E. stands for the key steps in suicide prevention: Signs, Ask, Validate, Encourage & Expedite. This free, brief training empowers you with tools to intervene with care and compassion; This training could help you save a life.

BEGINNING AT 6:00 PM PASTA DINNER
Suggested Donation: $5.00 All proceeds support ongoing programming at Dugas Community Park.
