Start your holiday on a high note with an exhilarating **5K or 10K** run or walk through our beautiful Anaheim course, surrounded by fellow runners, walkers, and families ready to embrace the patriotic spirit. Whether youre here to race for a new personal best, enjoy a leisurely walk with loved ones, or simply soak in the energy of this festive event, youre in for an unforgettable experience!
Dress in your best red, white, and blue gear, bring your patriotic spirit, and get ready for an incredible morning of fun, fitness, and celebration!
**Lets make this 4th of July one to rememberon your mark, get set, go!**
**Parking & Race Details **
Parking is available in the **Canyon High School** lot, as well as in nearby streets and neighborhoods. The race starts promptly at 7:00 AM on Santa Ana Canyon and Imperial, right in front of the Canyon High School track.
Before the race begins, well hold a short opening ceremonyso be sure to arrive early to park, explore our expo booths, warm up, and take care of any pre-race needs.
Portable restrooms will be on-site. Keep in mind that restroom lines tend to get **very busy** in the 1015 minutes leading up to the race, so plan accordingly.
**Race Timing & Course Guidelines **
All runners will receive a state-of-the-art timing chip on their bib.
Your official time begins when you cross the timing mat at the start line, so no need to rush at the gunyour personal race time starts when you do!
Kilometer markers will be placed along the course. If youre walking the 5K/10K, please stay to the right to allow runners to pass.
**Strollers and dogs are welcome!**
For 5K and 10K runners, there will be clearly marked turnaround points.
**Hydration & Finish Line Festivities **
Feel free to bring your own water or hydration gear! Additional hydration stations and local expo booths will be available as you approach the finish line.
**Packet Pickup**

5:30 6:50 AM Late registration / Packet pick-up (CHS Near Track)
6:50 AM Race warmup (at start line on Santa Ana Cyn Rd)
6:55 AM Opening ceremonies
7:00 AM Start 5K/10K timed run & 5K untimed walk
**Awards**
Awards will be handed out to the top 3 finishers in each age category
