Organiser's Description
The Appleseeds Track Camp is an introduction into the world of Track & Field for kids of all ages. The camp is open to kids from ages 5 to 18. Our camp sessions will be a mix of education, running, and technical events. Campers will experience jumps, hurdles, relays, distance, and sprints.
Kids will be in groups with others their age and will go to 5 stations per practice with their groups. The stations are led by experienced athletes and coaches.
Stations:
* Sprints and technique
* Distance - running workout
* High Jump
* Long Jump
* Hurdles
Schedule:
* Monday, December 28: 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
* Tuesday, December 29: 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
* Wednesday, December 30: 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
