For those who prefer to participate from afar, a virtual experience is also available, giving you the flexibility to run a 3K or 5K on your own chosen route. Best of all, your participation supports a great cause, as 100% of the proceeds from registration fees and donations go directly to the ASH Foundation. Join us for a day of health, community, and making a difference!

Organiser's Description
The ASH Foundation Run/Walk will take runners and walkers along the Embarcadero pathway along the Port of San Diego for an out-and-back course. Participants may choose the 3K or 5K course. Both events start at 7:30 AM. This year, participants may also choose the virtual experience and run a 3K or 5K on their chosen course.
One hundred percent of the proceeds from all individual and group registration fees and additional individual donations will benefit ASH's Foundation.
