Participants are encouraged to don their best aviators and bomber jackets for a chance to shine in the costume contest, so don’t forget to check in by 9:30 am to be considered for prizes! With beautiful handmade pottery awards up for grabs and the excitement of RFID Chip timing, it's a fantastic day for both seasoned runners and newcomers alike. Join us for a memorable race that supports Athens Academy while enjoying the spirit of friendly competition and community!

Please join us for a _Top Gun_ themed 5K to support Athens Academy! This year's 80's theme is Top Run (Gun)! So bring your aviators and bomber jackets! Participants are encouraged to dress in _Top Gun_ attire, although not required. If you would like to be considered for the costume contest and prizes, please check in at the T-shirt table by 9:30 am. All of those who want to considered for the costume contest, both the 5K and Sprint must be checked in by 9:30 am.
