Get ready for the B*REAL Triathlon, taking place throughout April 2025 in the scenic town of Milton, Norfolk! From April 1 to April 30, participants can choose to complete their race on any day that suits them, making it the perfect opportunity for both first-time triathletes and seasoned athletes looking to test their off-season training. With a flexible format that emphasizes "our time, not distance," this event allows you to tailor your experience—whether that means a 15-minute pool swim, a 30-minute indoor bike ride, or a 20-minute walk/run.
This inclusive event also features non-swim options for those without pool access, such as rowing or even dry land exercises with resistance bands. Not only will you be challenging yourself and having fun, but you'll also be making a difference, as $5 from each entry will be donated to the National MS Society to support those affected by multiple sclerosis. Join the B*REAL Triathlon and celebrate your achievements with a digital finisher certificate, motivational gear, and the chance to connect with fellow athletes in a supportive community!

OPTIONS FOR EVERYONE
OUR TIME, NOT DISTANCE FORMAT removes barriers to entry and levels the playing field:
female sign 15 minute pool swim - any pace, any stroke
male sign 30 minute indoor bike - avoid traffic, ride your speed
female sign 20 minute walk/run - choose treadmill or track
NEW - non-swim options:
If you dont have access to a pool, replace the swim with a 15 minute row
If you dont have access to a rowing machine, you can swim on dry land with resistance bands. Tutorial coming soon!
WHO IS IT FOR?
