This heartfelt event is dedicated to raising awareness for Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day, which falls on October 15. Participants can choose between a 2-mile walk or a 3.1-mile run, both set on a scenic course that promises a wonderful outdoor experience.
The day kicks off with bib pick-up and on-site registration starting at 8:30 AM, followed by the race at 10:00 AM. After the race, join us for a Ceremony of Remembrance at 11:30 AM to honor the little ones we have lost. Proceeds from this event will benefit impactful organizations such as the Star Legacy Foundation, Amos' Anchors, and Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep, helping to provide support and resources for those affected by loss. This race is in honor of PREGNANCY AND INFANT LOSS AWARENESS DAY (which is October 15, though we're running/walking in September when the weather is hopefully nicer for being outdoors!). Miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss are sad realities for many families in the United States and around the world. Proceeds from this race will be donated to the Star Legacy Foundation [https://starlegacyfoundation.org/chapter/west-michigan/], Amos' Anchors [https://amosanchors.org/], and Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep [https://www.nowilaymedowntosleep.org/].
Early bird pricing through September 7 then prices go up $5.
