CLOSEDPrice includes all 5 days with option to register for full day, morning only or afternoon only. Water and snacks will be provided. Lunch will be provided for runners registered for a full day. Curriculum will include speed and agility drills, running, jumping, throwing, relay races and hurdles. Information on sportsmanship and supporting teammates will be included as well as best pre-race and daily nutrition and hydration. Athletes will benefit from the expertise of coaches, Adam Knight, John Marshall and Dylan Caban. Our team of coaches have expertise in coaching at the college level, high school level and middle school level. -
